Real impact. Real teams. Real results.

Power 21 lets you train every day. I feel as though I’ve done not just three days’ training, but more than six months’ worth — it’s brilliant!

When I explain my micro-action on the forum, it helps me really absorb it.

If you only do the training, you only go half the way.

I don’t know everything: I understood that a manager learns from their team, and the impact on the team was very positive. It was rewarding for my colleagues, who enjoyed explaining parts of their job to me.

I loved it — the game, the challenge. The exchanges with the team kept us going, and our coach was brilliant!

I enjoyed this new format — more playful, more dynamic, with the challenge side!

You keep the action in mind, and during the day you grab the chance to practise.

I feel less alone with the micro-actions — they act like a safety net for me.

The micro-action I practised that had the most impact was “cultivate mutual support”. Trust within the team grew stronger, I spent a lot of time on conversations and I listen more. Mutual support is spreading among team members, and I realised that a manager needs their team to grow.

I practised a lot and I’ll keep going. The “delegate and give meaning” micro-action was a revelation. I understood how important it is to give meaning to a goal so that people buy in and feel involved in their mission. I take the time to explain the “why”. I’ve also become more assertive. Since the training, I’ve noticed that mutual support in the team has grown strongly and cohesion is better. I also applied “success should be celebrated”, because the results are positive!

Easy to implement and not time-consuming, micro-actions have a strong impact.

I really appreciated the Power 21 program, it forced me to practise and implement what I learnt in class.

It keeps the learning active, the reminders really do the job.

In group training you get carried along; with Power 21 you’re on your own, each in your own space. It makes you accountable, and it’s complementary.

The “yes yes but actually no” micro-action was really beneficial: it helped me make myself heard and feel more fulfilled.

I give feedback more easily and with less apprehension, because I have a method to structure what I say. I still need to prepare the “facts” part well and share my intention to help the person grow, so they don’t take it as criticism or feel attacked. The “thank you” micro-action was beneficial because some people in my team need recognition and to feel valued. I realised how important it is to say “thank you”, and now I take the time!

It confirmed that setting up rituals, a routine in our daily lives, helps you feel more at ease until it becomes second nature.
