A hands-on professional, Stéphane has built his career at the intersection of operational performance and human development.
After starting his career in sales and negotiation at Henkel, he spent over 20 years leading several HR consulting and services companies (Develop’Invest, La Centrale de Formation, member of the Alixio Executive Committee), supporting large corporations in their transformation challenges.
Convinced that people are the key to all lasting success, Stéphane places managerial agility and emotional intelligence at the heart of his beliefs. He firmly believes that no situation is set in stone: any team can achieve excellence, provided it is supported by good leaders.
His passion: water polo, which embodies his personal values of respect, solidarity and humility.

Corinne Martin
Passionate about every facet of human beings, Corinne has been immersed in performance development for over thirty years.
She founded and ran three training centres: Metropolitan Languages, Performance Consultants France and the Centre for Emotional Intelligence. She has designed several management and leadership programmes for major international groups. A citizen of the world, she has led assignments on five continents; her natural curiosity and ease with people have led her to build bridges across cultures.
Her experience as a business owner taught her how vital it is to put people at the core of the engine: whatever the field, with equal resources and skills, the only differentiating factors for a company are the energy and commitment of its people.
Aware of the limits of training and of how quickly learning fades, Corinne co-founded Power 21. Grounded in neuroscience research, the app prompts action and turns knowledge into skills.
Today, Corinne passionately leads transformation projects. She supports her partner clients in their development, always with the same motto: grow your people, grow your business.
